By accessing and using Recall AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

Recall AI is an AI-powered browser extension that helps users manage and search their browsing history. The Service includes:

• AI-powered search and analysis of browsing history
• Cloud storage of encrypted browsing data
• AI conversation features with usage quotas
• Account management and synchronization

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users receive 10 days of welcome Pro access. After the welcome period, free users can continue using Recall AI with 10 AI chats per day, and paid access is available through a single Pro subscription. The current promotional price is $4.99 per month, compared with the regular $9.99 per month price, and the promotional window is planned to run for 6 months. Pricing and subscription terms may change later with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the Service

6. Billing, Fair Use, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are intended for normal individual usage. We may apply fair-use protections or suspend abusive high-frequency activity to protect service quality. Refunds are not self-serve at this time and are handled manually through support contact.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including browsing history data for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recall AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
